1. About This Tool

The JSP Media Dashboard is an internal business tool operated by JSP Media (owner: Jerry Smith, Pocatello, Idaho). It is used exclusively by authorized JSP Media team members to manage real estate photography leads and business analytics. This tool is not a public-facing application.

2. Authentication

This dashboard uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. When you sign in, Google provides us with your email address, name, and profile picture. We do not store your Google password. Access is restricted to a pre-approved list of email addresses. Your session is maintained via a secure, server-side encrypted cookie and expires when you sign out or your session ends.

3. Data We Store

This dashboard stores the following types of information:

  • Real estate agent contact information (names, emails, phone numbers) sourced from publicly available MLS listings
  • Lead outreach status and notes entered by team members
  • Business analytics data related to JSP Media operations
  • Your Google account profile (email, name, picture) for the duration of your session

All contact data stored in this system comes from public MLS sources or direct business interactions. No sensitive personal or financial information is collected from end consumers.

4. How We Use Data

Data stored in this tool is used solely to:

  • Manage and track JSP Media's real estate photography lead generation
  • Support business analytics and internal reporting
  • Facilitate outreach to real estate agents regarding photography services

We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.

5. Data Security

Access to this dashboard is restricted to authorized users only. Session data is encrypted. The application is hosted on secured infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect the data stored in this tool from unauthorized access.

6. Google OAuth Compliance

JSP Media's use of Google OAuth is limited to authenticating authorized internal users. We request only the minimum scopes needed: openid, email, and profile. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services.
