By accessing or using the JSP Media Dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this tool. Use of this dashboard is limited to individuals explicitly authorized by JSP Media.

2. Authorized Use Only

This dashboard is an internal business tool operated by JSP Media (owner: Jerry Smith, Pocatello, Idaho). Access is restricted to authorized JSP Media team members. Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or circumventing access controls is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this tool only for legitimate JSP Media business purposes, including:

  • Managing real estate photography lead generation and outreach
  • Reviewing business analytics and performance data
  • Tracking and updating lead status and contact information

You must not use this tool to store, process, or transmit data unrelated to JSP Media business operations, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Data Responsibility

All data entered into this tool must be accurate and sourced appropriately (e.g., from public MLS listings or direct business contacts). You are responsible for ensuring that any contact information you add complies with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act.

5. Authentication & Account Security

You access this dashboard using your Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Do not share your access with unauthorized individuals. Report any suspected unauthorized access to production@photojerry.com immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of this dashboard is the property of JSP Media. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this tool without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

This tool is provided "as is" for internal business use. JSP Media makes no warranties regarding uptime or data accuracy. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on data stored in this dashboard.

8. Changes to Terms

JSP Media may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the dashboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
